- A: Once you pay the sample fee and send us the confirmed files, we will prepare the samples for delivery within 7~15 days. The samples will be shipped via express and should arrive within 3~5 days. You can either use your express account or prepay us if you don’t have one.

- A: The lead time depends on your order quantity and the time of year. For the minimum order quantity (MOQ), it typically takes 25 to 30 days. We recommend starting your inquiry at least two months before you need the products delivered to your country.
